Private Policy
NetTelePhone does not disclose customer information to any other third party. Our customers will occasionally get a newsletter from NetTelePhone.com. There is a link in each newsletter where customers can easily remove their email address from our newsletter database.

Refund Policy
If for some reason customers are dissatisfied with our service, they can contact support@nettelephone.com to request a refund. NetTelePhone will then refund amount remaining on the customers calling account to their credit card. If calling account is unused, we will refund the full amount.

Billing
NetTelePhone calling accounts are billed in 1 second increments, according to our calling rate table.
There are no connection fees or hidden charges, when using NetTelePhone services.
 

Expiry of calling accounts
NetTelePhone calling accounts don't have any expiry date and have lifetime validity.

Property rights to content
Content (including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material) contained on NetTelePhone's website is protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, patent or other proprietary rights, laws and treaties. Except as otherwise provided by law or expressly permitted herein, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way content available through the website or the services.
