After you register your mobile on the
registration page, you will receive a
SMS within minutes with a download
link. You simply click on this link to
download the software to your mobile
phone and follow the installation
instructions on your mobile display.

During installation you will prompted
to choose a nick name (optional) and
also need to choose a password.

After this you will get screen with few
options, like MSN, Yahoo and more,
but the option "SIP" should be
automatically selected. You then click
on next and the software should then
be ready to use on your mobile.

It can vary between mobile phones in
 what folder the software is installed.

If you need to browse for the
software after installation, you will be
looking for a icon that looks like this:

After the software is connected, you
will see your regular mobile address
book appear. You can then select any
contact and when you click on that,
you will get a option of "Cellular" or
"SIP" call. If you choose "SIP" the call
will go thru our network.

You will need to make sure that you
are using proper country code, when
calling with our network.

If you are calling phone number that
is not in your mobile phone book, you
would still use the same method and
choose any contact in your phone
book and then change the phone
number that appears on the screen,
before placing the call.

Please note that if you are calling a
phone number starting with "0" for
example 0123456789, you would add
the international code and omit the
zero. For example if the above phone
number would be a mobile number in
UK, you would dial 44123456789.

To use this service, your mobile phone needs to be compatible to use with the VoIP mobile
software (you can check this at our mobile registration page) and you need to have access
to the Internet with your mobile phone. The most common Internet connection today with
mobile services is GPRS, but in some countries more advanced and higher Internet speed
connections are now available like G3 or Wi-Fi. The pricing and billing methods for mobile
Internet services can be different, depending on what country you are located in.

This could either be a fixed monthly fee with unlimited Internet access, charge according
to data download or charge per minute when your mobile phone is connected to the Internet.

When you call with our service with your mobile phone, rates per minute are exactly the same
as calling with our PC-to-Phone software, but it depends on what method or package
you have with your mobile provider if there is any additional charges from them.

You can check with your mobile provider, to inquire about your mobile Internet charges.

If for example you have unlimited access to the Internet for a monthly fee, you would not
need to worry about any additional charges, when making calls with our mobile software.

In the case your mobile provider is for example billing you 1 cent per minute for Internet
access your actual cost for calling Canada for example would be 2.5 cents per minute
(our rate of 1.5 cent per minute + the 1 cent Internet access fee from you mobile provider).
Note: If you are billed per minute for Internet access from your mobile provider, then make
sure that you exit the software after each use. To disconnect the software from the Internet,
you choose "Options" and then select "Exit".

We recommend that you contact your mobile provider to find out your Internet access fees.

Of course if you have a regular free wireless Internet access in your home, office or
elsewhere, there would be no charge for you to access the Internet with your mobile
(if your mobile phone is able to connect to regular wireless Internet connections).

In any case you will be able to make huge savings and with the convenience of using
your mobile phone to make your international calls through our VoIP network.
