1. Can I
use your VoIP services in countries were ISP's are blocking
VoIP?
Yes, we have software's available for
PC-to-Phone and Symbian
Nokia mobile phones with
built-in encryption to avoid VoIP blocking.
We will also have software's for Android, iPhone, iPad &
iPod Touch available very soon for customers in blocked VoIP
countries.
2. How are my calls billed when I use NetTelePhone VoIP
services?
Your calling account is billed according to our low per
minute rates in one minute
increments.
There are no extra fees or any hidden charges.
For example if you would talk for 10 minutes to Canada
($0.016/min.), there would be 16 cents deducted from your
NetTelePhone balance.
3. Does my NetTelePhone calling account expire if I don't
use it for some time?
No, there is no expiry on NetTelePhone calling accounts and
lifetime validity.
There is also not any minimum monthly calling requirements
and your NetTelePhone calling account is only billed for
connected calls.
With many VoIP companies there are such requirements and
calling account will expire if not used for some time.
4. Is it secure to purchase your services on the
Internet?
We put very high priority on security for payments and it's
both possible to purchase our services using PayPal that is
one of the largest
and most secure payment service in the world and also make
purchases directly from us through secure order pages.
With NetTelePhone VoIP services, you are using one of the
longest running VoIP company in the world (established in

5. How do I recharge or add credit to my NetTelePhone
calling account?
It's very easy to add credit to your NetTelePhone calling
account and the process only takes couple of minutes.
With all our VoIP software's you will see your calling
account balance on the software display.
When your balance is running low, you can go to our
Buy Credit page to add funds
to your NetTelePhone calling account.
On our PC-to-Phone software's there is also a direct link
for quick and easy recharge to your calling account.
6. Can I
make free calls to another NetTelePhone user?
Yes, you simply dial the calling account number of another
NetTelePhone customer for a totally free call.
For example a NetTelePhone customer using our PC-to-Phone
software can call another user that is using our iPhone
software.
You can store account numbers of your friends using
NetTelePhone in contacts for quick and easy dialing.
All NetTelePhone calling accounts come with a free Voice
Mail Box (in case of missed incoming free calls).
To access and manage your Voice Mail Box, you can simply
call your own account number using our software's.
7. Can I
purchase more than one calling account from NetTelePhone?
Yes, many of our customers have multiple NetTelePhone
calling accounts, for example for their business.
8.
Can I use your VoIP service if I don't have any Internet
access?
Yes, it's possible to make calls with our network with any
phone and no Internet access using our
Callback Service.
