How it works

After assigning an international DID number to your calling account, you will be able to receive calls to our SoftPhone
or on any SIP device or third party SIP application that you have configured with our VoIP network.

 

For example if you would have a New York DID number and you are residing in China, New York residents would be able to call you at local charges from any landline or mobile phone.

 

You can also forward your DID number to any regular phone.

For an example you could forward USA phone number
to your Chinese mobile phone number and then your mobile would ring, when someone calls your USA DID number.

 

Please note that if you forward your DID number, then there is a forwarding charge per minute according to our calling rate table. In above example, customer would be charged 1.9 cents per minute for received calls forwarded to China.

 

If calls are received on our SoftPhone or a SIP device,
there is no cost for receiving calls, unless the DID number
is Toll Free number, then some minute charges apply.

DID Pricing & Available Numbers
We have DID numbers available in over 100 countries and
more numbers & countries are steadily becoming available.

It's possible to have multiple DID numbers on the same calling account (e.g.: USA + Swedish number).

Pricing and availability does vary, depending on destinations.

In most cases USA, Canada and European numbers are available within 24 hours, but in some instances it can take few days to obtain certain DID phone numbers.

Pricing starts as low as 10 cents per day for each number.
