NetTelePhone Callback Services

You can make calls with our services using any landline or mobile phone, from anywhere in the world.

 

Calling rates are higher when using our Callback services, compared to using our software options for making International calls.
However there is the convenience of having option of making calls with any landline or mobile phone.

 

It will depend on from what country you are calling from, how much the extra charge per minute is when using our callback services.
For an example a customer calling from Thailand mobile phone will be charged $0.0182 extra per minute using callback.
 

The extra charge per minute using our callback services depends on our per minute default rate to the destination you are calling from.

Total charge per minute per call will depend on the destination the customer is calling to.

So you simply add together our default calling rate for the destination you are calling from to the destination you are calling and this
will give you the total cost per minute when using our callback services.

 

Example: Customers calling from Canada ($0.017) per minute would have 1.7 cents extra charge per minute using our callback services.

 

Callback is very easy to use and here below you will see instructions on how to use our Callback services.

 

Before using our Callback services, you need first to register the phone numbers you want make calls from.
You can register many different phone numbers (e.g. your home, office and mobile phone number).
 

You need to include country code, when registering phone numbers to use with our Callback services.
For an example to register an United Arab Emirates mobile phone number, you would register number in this format: 97150xxxxxxx.
So if your UAE mobile number would be 0501234567, you would need to register this as 971501234567 (omitting the zero).
It does not matter in what country you are, if your phone number starts with "0" then you should skip the zero when registering your number.

 

You can login here below with your calling account to register one or more phone numbers to use with our callback services.

After login, you simply click on the "Add New Number" button and then insert your phone number.
You then can logout after registering the phone numbers that you want to use with our Callback services.

 

After successful registration, you can start using our Callback service from your registered phone numbers.

 

To trigger Callback you can call either of the Callback numbers provided here below.
We provide two alternative Callback numbers and you can call either of these phone numbers.
You can for example put both these numbers in your mobile phone contact list as callback1 and callback2.
The reason why we provide two different phone numbers is simply because of to have more reliability.
For an example if there would be a temporary problem with Callback number one, then you could use the other Callback number.

There will be no charge from your local phone provider calling these Callback numbers, even if these are international phone numbers.
The reason is that the call will not get connected and by calling our Callback numbers, you are simply signaling our system that you want
to receive Callback to your registered phone number and you should then get a Callback from our system within 5 - 60 seconds.

 

When calling from mobile phones to our Callback access numbers from any country, you can simply insert "+" in front of the number.
However if you are calling from landline phones, then you will need to know the international prefix from your country.
For an example to call from an United Arab Emirates landline phone, you would need to use "00" dialing prefix.

After receiving the callback to your phone, you will hear your account balance and can then place your International call.
For an example to make a call to the United Kingdom you would simply dial 44xxxxxxxxx (country code + phone number).
Pressing "#" after inserting the destination phone number, will speed up the call connection process.
