With our callback services you can make calls from any mobile or landline phone.

     Calling rates are higher when using callback compared to our other service options.
     However this can be convenient for users when they are not able to use our other service options.

     When using our callback services you will need to register the phone numbers you are calling from.
     You can do that by login with your calling account and pin at the bottom of this page.

     It's possible to register many different phone numbers to the same calling account and for example
     you could register your home, work, mobile or any other phone numbers you would like to use.

     After registering a phone number you simply call our callback trigger numbers:
     +46-846-505-847 or +1-786-2324-248

     It does not matter which phone number you call and there will be no charge from your regular phone
     provider making calls to these numbers, because the calls will not get connected.

     By calling our callback trigger numbers you are simply signaling our system that you want to make call.
     You will then receive a callback to your phone, usually within few seconds.

     For most customers both callback trigger phone numbers should work equally well.
     The main reason we provide two different callback trigger phone numbers is for more reliability of service.

     We recommend for customers using our callback services to save both callback trigger phone numbers
     in their phone address book (e.g. Callback1 and Callback2).
     This way if there was any intermediate problem with one trigger number they can use the other one.

     The reason for why calling rates are higher when using callback services compared to using our
     mobile phone or PC-to-Phone software's is that our VoIP system calls you back and then you make
     outgoing calls after receiving the callback to your mobile or landline phone number.

     The extra callback charge will depend on what country you are calling from.
     Extra callback charges are exactly the same as our calling rate to the destination you are calling from.

     So for an example if you would be calling from Canada the extra callback would be 1.6 cents per minute.

     For customers in countries where termination rates are high for an example in United Arab Emirates,
     it's quite more extra charge to use our callback services compared to using our software clients.

     If a customer in UAE would be normally using our PC-to-Phone software to make calls to USA for
     1.6 cents cents per minute, using callback the cost for calls to USA could be close to 20 cents/min.

     However in high termination countries like UAE, outgoing international calls with local providers are
     very high and calls to USA would typically be around 50 cents per minute.
     So callback would still be a good option for such customers compared to using local phone providers.

      We recommend to customers to use our mobile phone or PC-to-Phone software clients,
      but using our callback services can be a good extra service option for customers.

      After receiving the callback to your phone, you will hear your account balance and can then place
      your International call. For an example to make a call to the United Kingdom you would simply dial
      44xxxxxxxxx (country code + phone number).
      Pressing "#" after inserting the destination phone number, will speed up the call connection process.
